The Art of Testifying in Teacher Dismissal Cases – This workshop will provide helpful tips to witnesses whose testimony is key to winning a discipline case. Attorneys will act out the roles of the principal players in a deposition. Between the vignettes, they will describe what’s happening and provide practical strategic advice.
