Best Practices for Responding to DFEH/EEOC Charges – What you do when your district receives a DFEH/EEOC charge? Preparing the initial response is critical as it lays the foundation for the district’s defense. Learn the pitfalls and how to avoid them. Through this seminar, attendees will learn best practices in responding to DFEH or EEOC inquires.

Session 4 - Thursday, December 8, 2016

The Art of Testifying in Teacher Dismissal Cases – This workshop will provide helpful tips to witnesses whose testimony is key to winning a discipline case. Attorneys will act out the roles of the principal players in a deposition. Between the vignettes, they will describe what’s happening and provide practical strategic advice.
