Join us as we host our seventeenth annual Employment Law Conference ~ Strength in Balance.  Our conference is held every year in March and the 2016 conference will take place on March 24th. Attendance at the Conference will enrich your professional knowledge and relationships and provide an opportunity to speak directly with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo employment attorneys. Conference materials become an excellent resource throughout the year.

Join us to hear the latest employment-related developments, learn to identify and address risky employment practices and obtain tools, and receive useful tips and strategies to reduce your organization's exposure to employment-related litigation. Our full-day event addresses the issues faced by human resources management and professionals with a particular emphasis on California state law considerations.

Our conference will feature 12 breakout sessions of employment-related topics, a general session and our morning featured guest speaker, Dr. Esmael Adibi. You'll also get ample networking time throughout the day to mingle with your peers and aalrr attorney speakers. Some of our 2016 topics will include: investigations, wage & hour and FLSA, leaves and reassonable accommodation and the year in review.
