Overview
Stephanie Andersen is an associate in the Commercial and Complex Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Andersen has significant experience representing companies and organizations in all aspects of business, real estate, and complex commercial litigation from inception through resolution, counseling in myriad substantive areas of the law. She has experience representing some of the largest landlords in California in all aspects of real estate involving contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, unlawful detainer lawsuits, and property management resolutions. Ms. Andersen’s experience also extends to intellectual property litigation, wherein she works on cases involving trademark and patent litigation, trade secrets, trade dress, domain name, false advertising, and disputes related to the Lanham Act and state law claims. She thoroughly researches substantive legal issues and proposes solutions to positively impact litigation in her clients’ cases.
Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Andersen earned her Juris Doctor from the Golden Gate University School of Law, where she received multiple awards and scholarships including the Dean’s List and CALI Awards, as well as certificates in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law. Her academic journey also includes a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College. Between undergraduate and law school, Ms. Andersen received her paralegal certificate from University of California, Berkeley where she was a paralegal for many years, propelling her career towards practicing law as an attorney.
