Overview

Seyoneh Sarkisian’s practice involves defending employers in individual and multi-plaintiff lawsuits against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She defends employers in wage and hour class actions and representative lawsuits brought pursuant to California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Ms. Sarkisian additionally assists employers with administrative complaints and investigations, including those involving the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
