Overview

Sarah Gross represents public and private clients for their facilities and construction needs. Ms. Gross specializes in matters including facilities use, construction contracts and claims, environmental issues, and land use.

Ms. Gross is a trained mediator with significant experience handling mediation, consultation, and dispute resolutions. She is also a former educator and author, with publications featured in several journals including the Orange County Lawyer, Nursing, and the USC Interdisciplinary Law Journal.

While at Chapman University School of Law, using her education background, Ms. Gross contributed to curriculum development and served as T.A. for the law school’s Legal Writing Skills course.

Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Gross was the lead staff attorney in Veterans Benefits at Veterans Legal Institute, where she represented military servicemembers before the Department of Veterans Affairs to obtain their military, healthcare, and education benefits. She also worked with the OC Superior Court and spearheaded the eldercaring coordination program in the probate division.
