Overview
Saba Salamatian is a member of the Commercial and Complex Litigation Practice Group at AALRR. Her practice focuses on business, employment, and class action lawsuits. She has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation.
Ms. Salamatian has considerable experience in developing case strategies with clients, propounding and drafting written discovery, taking and defending depositions of witnesses, drafting and successfully arguing motions, consulting with various experts, participating in expert discovery, advocating during mediation, negotiating settlements, and preparing matters through trial.
Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Salamatian represented a wide range of clients in a variety of general liability-related lawsuits, including insurance bad faith, habitability, landlord-tenant, personal injury, HOA, and premises liability matters.
As an early graduate from law school, Ms. Salamatian was recognized as a consecutive member of the Dean’s Honor Roll and as an American Jurisprudence Award recipient for the Mediation Clinic. Additionally, she received an Academic Merit Scholarship, a Distinguished Advocate Award, an Oral Advocacy Scholarship, and a Student of Distinction Award. While in law school, she participated as a small claims court mediator at the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, obtaining ample experience in all facets of alternative dispute resolution.
