Overview

Ryan Ely represents and advises private employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including alleged wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) enforcement actions, and compliance with state and federal labor laws. Mr. Ely also handles all aspects of litigation and case management, including law and motion practice, discovery, reviewing and drafting of pleadings, representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings, investigations, legal research, memorandums, and mediations.

While in law school, Mr. Ely served as Note & Comment Editor of the American University Law Review and externed in the Office of Consumer Protection for the D.C. Office of the Attorney General.
