Overview
Paul Lacy represents local educational agencies (LEA), school districts, and offices of education throughout California. His practice focuses on education law and discrimination law, including legal advice and representation regarding special education and 504 law, training on special education compliance investigations, complex litigation, and more.
Prior to joining AALRR, Mr. Lacy served as Deputy General Counsel for the California Department of Education, and as an Administrative Law Judge for the California Department of Social Services.
