Overview

Pamela Palpallatoc serves as counsel to public agencies, non-profits, foundations, and private sector clients throughout California. Her practice areas include general counsel services, labor & employment, litigation, counseling, investigations, and workplace training. She is a partner alumna of the American Law 100, where she specialized in employment litigation defense. While representing businesses ranging from startup to the top of the Fortune 500, she earned three consecutive recognitions in Best Lawyers in America. Ms. Palpallatoc’s prior experience includes serving the University of California Office of the President Office of the General Counsel, and a national insurance carrier of professional liability, employment practices liability, and cybersecurity.
