Overview

Paige Rivett represents clients in matters involving all aspects of labor and employment law including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, tort, and wage and hour individual, representative, and class actions. Her practice includes work with the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), California Labor Code, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

During law school, Ms. Rivett served as a Staff Editor for Volume 32 and as Production Editor for Volume 33 of the UC Law SF Journal on Gender and Justice (formerly Hastings Journal on Gender and the Law).
