Overview

Omeed Rajaee represents private sector clients in commercial and employment litigation.  He has successfully defended clients in state and federal court litigation, as well as government agency claims. In addition, he has served his clients in pre-litigation investigations and in an advice and counsel capacity.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rajaee gained experience representing large retail companies and real estate developers in various contract, lease, and commercial tort disputes.  He has also represented a variety of public entities in employment cases, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and personnel management.

While attending law school, Mr. Rajaee served as a Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and was a recipient of the California Change Lawyers Scholarship.  He also completed clerkships for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office.
