Overview
Nancy Clark represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including collective bargaining and labor relations, Human Resources, discrimination, harassment, advice and counsel, investigations, leaves of absence, litigation, training, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and compliance with state and federal labor laws.
Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Clark worked as Deputy County Counsel for the County of Santa Clara.
