Overview

Mia Knipper represents educational institutions and school districts in all aspects of labor and employment and general education law. Ms. Knipper provides advice and counsel and conducts prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations regarding allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employee misconduct, hostile work environment, and Title IX violations.

Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Knipper worked as a Workers’ Compensation defense attorney. Her experience in education expands beyond the legal sphere as she previously worked as a substitute teacher for elementary and high school students.
