Lauren Castleton represents Southern California school districts and county offices of education in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters. Ms. Castleton provides advice and counsel regarding employee discipline, discrimination, harassment, and negligence issues.

Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Castleton worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office.
