Overview

Katie Ricks represents school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in labor and employment law and in general education matters. She provides representation, advice, and counsel on a wide variety of matters involving school board governance, student discipline, and allegations of discrimination and harassment.

While in law school, Ms. Ricks was a member of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and participated as a moot court member and then coach of the Tulane Environmental Appellate Moot Court Team.
