Overview

Kaile Sepnafski represents school districts and county offices of education in education law, with a concentration in special education and student issues. She handles matters related to ADA, IDEA, and Section 504; equity in education, the Office for Civil Rights; and student discipline.

Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Sepnafski worked as an immigration attorney and handled asylum cases for those facing prosecution based on sexual orientation, gender, religion, nationality, membership in social groups and political opinion.
