Overview

Juliana Duran represents clients in all matters related to Southern California education law. Ms. Duran has experience meeting with school district clients and assisting with trial research. In 2016, she researched and wrote a handbook on Title IX regulations. Her experience in education expands beyond the legal sphere—she has previously worked as both a substitute teacher for elementary and middle school students and an academic tutor, covering a range of topics from art history to geology.

While in law school at the University of San Diego, Ms. Duran wrote for the San Diego Law Review and was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and the Environmental Law Society.
