Overview

Jaime Bowker represents public and private clients for their facilities, construction, and property needs. Ms. Bowker specializes in matters including facilities use, environmental issues, land use, and water rights. 

Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Bowker worked for a boutique water law firm in Sacramento. While in law school, she was the President of the McGeorge Water Law Society, the Alumni Committee Chair for the McGeorge Moot Court Honors Board, a student member of the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court, and a participant in the Legislative and Public Policy Clinic.
