Overview

Heidi Ellicott represents public school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in all aspects of labor and employment and general education law. Ms. Ellicott provides representation, advice and counsel on a variety of matters including school board governance, employment discrimination and harassment, civil rights complaints, Public Records Act compliance, student records privacy laws, unfair labor practices, Title IX investigations, decision making, and appeals processes.

Ms. Ellicott is an avid volunteer and community leader. She has served as President of the San Ramon Valley Council of PTAs and in leadership roles in several school PTA/PTSAs, and as a Parks Commissioner for the City of San Ramon.
