Overview

Hannah Bushyeager represents Southern California school districts and county offices of education in a wide variety of employment and education law matters. Ms. Bushyeager provides advice and counsel regarding employee discipline, discrimination, harassment, collective bargaining, and negligence issues.

While attending California Western School of Law, Ms. Bushyeager received several awards and accolades including four American jurisprudence awards with the categories including Trial Skills for Distinguished Advocates, Domestic Violence, Art Law, and Ethics/Professional responsibility. Ms. Bushyeager was deeply involved in the Competitive Advocacy program at California Western and placed as a finalist and semi-finalist in multiple national trial team competitions. Of note, Hannah received a personal honor of “Outstanding Advocate” at the All Star National Competition.

Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Bushyeager worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the Riverside County District Attorney’s office.
