Overview
Grace Paek provides advice and counsel to K-12 school districts and community college districts in the areas of labor relations, personnel matters, wage and hour class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other civil rights issues. Ms. Paek also provides legal counsel for public entities in litigation matters including but not limited to employment, school board governance, and representing clients in labor disputes before the Public Employment Relations Board.
Previously, Ms. Paek has had experience in employment litigation and worked with the Impact Litigation team at the non-profit Asian Americans Advancing Justice, Los Angeles. She was also a Policy Fellow with Microsoft's U.S. Government Affairs Group in Washington, D.C.
