Overview

Brooke Baeyens represents Southern California school districts and county offices of education in a wide variety of labor and employment and general education matters. Ms. Baeyens provides advice and counsel regarding employee discipline, compliance, discrimination, harassment, and negligence issues.

While attending California Western School of Law, Ms. Baeyens received several awards and accolades including admittance into the Pro Bono Honor’s Society and Public Service Honors Society. Upon graduation, she received a scholarship, the Gordon & Holmes Oral Advocacy Scholarship, for her excellent performance on California Western’s Trial Advocacy Teams.

Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Baeyens served as a legal intern for the San Diego District Attorney’s Office.
