Overview
Angelo Mishriki is a skilled litigator and trial counsel and has wide-ranging experience in complex matters. He previously worked as an intellectual property and corporate litigator as well as a Deputy District Attorney with Los Angeles County.
As an intellectual property litigator, he led litigations involving copyright and trademark disputes as well as trade secret disputes and music licensing. As a corporate litigator, he counseled clients regarding corporate structures and asset protection as well as litigated complex shareholder disputes for various companies. As a Deputy District Attorney, he prosecuted a variety of types of matters, including domestic violence and sex crimes, white collar crime, gang homicides, vehicular manslaughters, drug and alcohol DUIs, and narcotics offenses. In the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Mishriki tried 28 jury trials to verdict, and secured guilty verdicts in many challenging cases involving delicate issues of police misconduct, sex crimes, and domestic violence.
Mr. Mishriki is a member of AALRR’s public entity labor and employment practice, as a trial attorney. He represents public and private entities in labor and employment matters in all facets of litigation. He has handled matters ranging from discrimination and harassment to retaliation and wrongful termination. He also has experience with civil rights defense and has represented police and public agencies in civil rights actions, obtaining favorable results. He brings his prosecutorial experiences to bear in conducting workplace investigations and is called upon to handle unique matters requiring prosecutorial and litigation experience.
