Matthew Kramer has extensive experience litigating in California’s state and federal district courts and administrative agencies. His experience includes all aspects of complex commercial, business, and real estate litigation, from inception through resolution in matters involving diverse areas of substantive law including, but not limited to, contract disputes, fiduciary liability, landlord/tenant disputes, soft IP, business torts, unfair competition, and usurpation of corporate opportunities.
