Overview
Stephanie D. Torres represents private and public entity clients in various aspects of labor and employment law handling matters that involve federal and local agency claims, collective bargaining, labor relations, employment policies and procedures, training, and investigations. Her clients include a wide range of public entities and private employers throughout Southern California.
Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Torres represented clients in all stages of litigation in matters ranging from employment law, public entity defense, premises liability, and general litigation. Ms. Torres has worked on several trial teams and has experience in all aspects of trial preparation. She has obtained favorable outcomes on a variety of pre-trial motions including several evidentiary motions.
In law school, Ms. Torres served as the Sources Editor for the Journal of College and University Law and served as an extern in an immigration law clinic.
