Overview
Marci Williams represents our Northern California education law clients including public school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in all areas of labor and employment law with particular expertise in compliance with all legal, regulatory, investigations, and contractual aspects of Human Resources including ADA, FMLA/CFRA, leaves, disciplinary, and other HR policies and procedures.
Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Williams served at West Contra Costa Unified School District for more than eight years in various Human Resources roles finishing her time there as Chief Personnel Officer.
