Overview

DeAnna L. Solina provides labor and employment services to AALRR’s Northern California education law clients, particularly in the areas of disability and reasonable accommodations, leave requirements, wage and hour requirements, contracts, layoffs, employee evaluation and discipline, dismissal and termination proceedings, discrimination complaints, and investigations of employee misconduct. She is based in our Sacramento office.

Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Solina served as Vice President of Human Resources at San Joaquin Delta College for more than three years. Prior to that, she served the City of Stockton for more than 12 years — first as the Deputy City Attorney, then as Director of Human Resources.
