Overview

Adrienne Nichelini represents California school districts in the area of special education law.  Ms. Nichelini handles matters related to ADA, IDEA, and Section 504; equity in education, the Office for Civil Rights; and student discipline.

While in law school, Ms. Nichelini competed in the American Bar Association's Client Counseling Competition and won 2nd place during the Regional Competition in 2018. She also served as a research assistant for the Director of the Masters of Legal Studies Program at UC Hastings, led the law school’s Meditation Group, was a member of Hastings Association of Youth Advocates, and externed at Legal Services for Children.
