Session Five | Solving the FMLA/CFRA Puzzle

Many employers are unsure of how to respond to disability-related issues. This session will provide an overview of the expanding definition of disabilities under state and federal law, a summary of the guidance provided by the EEOC's regulations, and  practical ideas for applying the new definitions in the workplace.
