2016 has proven to be a busy year for California employers in terms of new legislation, administrative regulations, and court decisions.  Select Staffing invites you to attend a complimentary California-specific employment law seminar.  The seminar will focus on the following areas:

  • Challenges of Wage and Hour Compliance:  Meal and rest periods, wage statements, overtime, class action litigation, PAGA claims, and individual liability. 
  • Hot Topics in Compensation: Changes to the FLSA, exempt vs. non-exempt issues, minimum wage around California, and the California Fair Pay Act.
  • Rising Tide of Disability-Related Claims: Claims for failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive process, and retaliation for requesting accommodation.
