PIHRA North Orange County District ~ Entering The Labyrinth Of Employee Leave Laws

Partner, Amber Solano will present "Entering The Labyrinth Of Employee Leave Laws" for the North Orange County chapter of PIHRA.  The workshop will explore the tangled maze of leave administration and address the intersection of multiple leave laws such as FMLA, CFRA, PDL, WC, Disability, Military and Kin Care. Understand when leaves or reduced schedules must be provided or may be denied to employees, address proper calculation of the amount of leave, which laws apply, certification of the need for leave, and requests for additional medical opinions.  

PIHRA is a professional organization, which meets to enhance business contacts, knowledge and careers. Members and the general public may attend the meetings, which are held for business and human resources professionals, managers, executives and CEO's.
