Senate Bill 54: Complimentary Roundtable Discussion

Senate Bill 54, effective January 1, 2014, will have a tremendous impact on industrial contractors in California.  The Bill requires the payment of prevailing wages and the utilization of apprentices from a state-approved apprenticeship program on refinery construction and maintenance.

AALRR will host a complimentary roundtable discussion and lunch about the statute, its implementation and impact on Friday, November 1, 2013, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at our Cerritos office.

All interested parties are invited to this discussion and it is anticipated that representatives of the Steelworkers Union will be present.
