Guest Speaker Announced:
Todd Bloomstine acts as Legislative Advocate and Lobbyist for the Southern California Contractors Association and is instrumental in lobbying on behalf of contractor interests in California. Mr. Bloomstine is currently working in the State Legislature against the so-called “Build It And Be Banned” legislation that would ban state government contracts from being awarded to contractors who work on President Trump’s border wall. Previously Mr. Bloomstine had a distinguished career as a legislative aide in the California Assembly, and later as Legislative Director for a Los Angeles-area Senator. We are pleased to have Mr. Bloomstine join us as our opening speaker offering his insider’s view of the current political climate of the California construction market.
The 2017 conference is an informative program led by our attorneys who will address the most timely legal topics in the construction industry. Our program is designed to successfully survive today’s construction environment bringing challenging issues to the forefront and new insights into those legal challenges and opportunities.
Join us for an insighful half-day review focusing on meeting today's construction challenges.
