Kimberly C. Ludwin

Kimberly Ludwin counsels and represents California school districts, community college districts and county offices of education in all general education law matters.

Ms. Ludwin assists education administrators with a variety of personnel and general education issues, including certificated and classified discipline and dismissal; workplace investigations; certificated layoffs; Uniform Complaint investigations and responses; conflicts of interest issues; and defending employers against allegations of discrimination with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Ludwin has significant experience conducting prompt, thorough, and effective workplace investigations including all forms of discrimination, harassment  and retaliation claims. Ms. Ludwin also provides training to supervisory employees on prevention of sexual harassment and discrimination, personnel investigations, and FRISK© training regarding documentation and remediation of employee performance deficiencies.

While in law school, Ms. Ludwin was a judicial extern for the Honorable Richard Fruin, Los Angeles Superior Court, Civil Division.
