AALRR Expands Practice Area with the Hire of Karen E. Samman

Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to welcome Karen E. Samman to the firm’s Pleasanton office.

Ms. Samman represents California school districts and county offices of education with a focus on special education and student issues. She has extensive experience with state and federal legal compliance with special education laws, and provides strategies to handle complex special education matters in all stages of a case.

As an attorney formerly employed by the United States Department of Justice and, representing California public schools before the California Office of Administrative Hearings, Ms. Samman has extensive experience in the litigation of cases in administrative proceedings.
