Tim Wojcik is an associate in the Cerritos office. He has broad experience representing clients in all types of matters in both state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies. Mr. Wojcik represents employers against claims of unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and handles wage and hour law related issues, including class actions. Mr. Wojcik also has extensive experience litigating commercial disputes from initial discovery through trial.
Mr. Wojcik earned his bachelor of arts degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. As an undergraduate, he was Team Captain for the NCAA Men’s Baseball Team. Prior to law school, he played professional baseball with the Fort Worth Cats Baseball Club. While in law school, he participated in the Labor and Employment Law Student Association, 1L Moot Court Competition, and was the CALI Award Recipient in Advanced Evidence.
