Ohia Amadi practices commercial litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, securities, copyright, trademark, real estate, and trusts and estates litigation. He has a great deal of experience representing securities broker-dealers and investment advisors, financial advisors, and customers in FINRA arbitrations and investigations by the SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory agencies.
In addition, Mr. Amadi defends employers in class actions and in individual lawsuits alleging discrimination, defamation, unfair competition, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and other matters. He also drafts, reviews, and revises employment and consulting agreements.
Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Amadi worked as an investment banking analyst in the Global Restructuring Group in Lehman Brothers’ New York City office.
Mr. Amadi received his Bachelor of Science degree from Yale University, where he double-majored in mechanical engineering and economics. He earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
