Jeffrey M. Jensen

Senior Associate

Practice Areas

Jeff Jensen represents companies and individuals in a wide range of matters, with emphasis on class actions, complex commercial litigation, and white collar defense.  He defends clients in cases involving breaches of contract, general business torts, employment law, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and shareholder direct and derivative claims.  To help his clients find solutions to their problems, not just resolutions to their court motions, Mr. Jensen asks direct questions, listens to the responses he receives, and engages in creative problem solving based on identified goals.

Mr. Jensen served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Alfred T. Goodwin of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable George H. King of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Jensen received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where he graduated first in his class and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado, Denver.
