Overview

Eileen Nucho represents California school districts in education law, including special education, Section 504, and student discipline. She has handled special education due process hearing matters, IEP team meetings, Section 504 complaints, OCR complaints, and state law complaints.

Ms. Nucho has significant experience in facilitating student learning through organizational and time management skill building techniques designed for student success. This background enables her to focus on key learning issues that arise in IEP team meetings and assessments. She also has focused on Common Core State Standards and has become a learned advisor in this evolving area of law.

While in law school, Ms. Nucho earned Academic Achievement awards in Constitutional Law, International and Foreign Legal Research, and Negotiation. She also was recognized as a Distinguished Advocate of the Moot Court Honors Board and served as a member of the ABA Competitive Negotiation Team and Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
