Dan Bulfer is a seasoned trial and appellate litigator in the firm's Irvine office. He represents individuals, businesses, and public agencies on a wide variety of matters, including general business litigation, construction claims and litigation, class actions and other representative actions, appellate proceedings, and employment claims. Mr. Bulfer also represents businesses and their officers and directors in connection with shareholder derivative suits, claims for breach of fiduciary duty, and disputes and dissolutions involving closely held businesses. His experience also includes alleged civil rights violations under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, constitutional issues, and professional malpractice claims. Mr. Bulfer’s clients have included public and private entities of all sizes, corporate officers, public officials, and individuals.
Born and raised in Southern California, Mr. Bulfer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, specializing in public law, from the University of California at San Diego. He graduated from California Western School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2011, and is published alongside 12 experts in conflict of laws and constitutional law in the Fall 2010 edition of the California Western International Law Journal.
Mr. Bulfer is a member of the State Bar of California, the Washington State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
