Benjamin Hinojos is an associate in the firm’s Cerritos office. Mr. Hinojos represents companies and organizations in all aspects of business litigation. He has worked on a variety of matters, including wage and hour and consumer class actions, state and federal discrimination cases, and general business litigation cases.
Mr. Hinojos earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from California State University, Long Beach, where he was on the Dean’s List, as well as a member of the Law Society and the Student Philosophy Association.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where he was a founding member of the Admission and Retention Committee and a member of La Raza Law Students Association, the Real Estate Law Society, the Corporate Law Society, and the Business Law Society. During law school, Mr. Hinojos served as a Student Tax Counsel at the California Board of Equalization, Tax Appeals Assistance Program. He also interned for a private real estate company, drafting abstracts of commercial lease agreements, preparing presentations regarding commercial office leasing data, and performing various other tasks.
