At Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo, we strive to enhance the quality of life in the communities where we live and work. Our attorneys actively support education initiatives, chambers of commerce and other not-for-profit organizations. We are proud that our outreach activities, volunteer efforts and philanthropic contributions are making a difference.
AALRR founded BookSmart© in 2006 to address the growing need to strengthen our public school libraries. Partnering with Scholastic Books, BookSmart© offers maximum flexibility by allowing each district to choose books or collections based on local library needs. We have already donated thousands of books to California school libraries and look forward to future contributions.
AALRR was one of the first law firms in CA to transition our holiday gift program to charitable donations. For over fifteen years, AALRR has made substantial contributions to charities as a tribute to our clients. In addition, every year we contribute to and support The American Red Cross.
Our firm is committed to building and strengthening the communities in which we live and operate. Our attorneys and staff actively support local school and community initiatives, and sit on the boards of several school districts, community foundations, chambers of commerce, industry organizations and other not-for-profit organizations.
In addition to our commitment of time, our firm recognizes that community organizations have needs that stretch beyond our people. We are proud of the generous support we provide to multiple education foundations, and philanthropic and not-for-profit organizations. We also provide numerous in-house training sessions and workshops to these organizations to supply them with legal information on current trends or recent cases to assist them in achieving their goals while limiting their legal liability.
